About Nicola Dexter Hypnotherapist

- I have been a stress management consultant and hypnotherapist since 1992.
- I have continually updated my training and widened my range of skills so I can now deal successfully with most mental, emotional and behavioural issues.
- I deal with anger management, reducing stress, being more confident, having higher self-esteem and dealing with phobias such as fear of flying.
- I specialise in resolving panic attacks and anxiety and resolving depression and getting clients to stop taking antidepressants.
- I support clients in completing past relationships, including with parents and then being able to create a great love relationship.
- I also help clients get on better with family, friends and work colleagues.
- I have helped clients get new jobs, be better at public speaking, stop smoking, lose weight and even stop pulling out their own hair.
